Magic Aire Unit Ventilators
CFM Company is the exclusive representative for Magic Aire unit ventilators. Unit ventilators are purpose-built HVAC systems for classroom environments. While rare for new construction, it is still common to replace or upgrade existing “vintage” unit ventilators that were built and installed in the 20th Century.
A recent innovation in unit ventilator technology has been the addition of self-contained cooling (DX cooling with a built-in refrigeration circuit and air-cooled condensing unit). Even more recently, Magic Aire developed a water-source heat pump version of the unit ventilator. Both products use variable speed compressors with inverter drives and are designed for low sound levels.
