Lab Exhaust Seminar – March 12, 2025 – Happy Hour

Laboratories with chemical fume hoods are some of the most complex systems that
mechanical engineers design. Hazardous fumes need to be contained at the fume hoods and within the lab space, and prevented from contaminating surrounding areas.
Furthermore, laboratories are typically very energy-intensive buildings, so proper design to reduce energy use is also of high importance.
